Interview N41 Post

Hello,
Last week, I've been invited to attend an interview session at MARDI.
Okay straight to the point, I like to share to you all the question asked in the session;

1. Please introduce yourself? - This question is merely like tell me about yourself question, take time and give the interviewee time to check the certs and your resume. 
2. Please tell me about OB, organizational behavior? - This is the subject I learn in my degree, so I tell them what I learn.I give example about first impression, level of motivation.
3. Situation, how to keep talented researcher in the organization? - My answer is to applied the level of motivation theory and give example.
4. Situation, If you given a choice, would you recruit not very clever but dedicated and integrity employee or a clever but not dedicated and integrity employee? - This question, I give my opinion and example and my experience due to the situation.
5. Situation, opinion; which come first to change someone, attitude or behavior? This is a very tricky situation, my answer is to change the behavior then we can change the attitude, example punch card system introduce by Dr. Mahathir.
6. Lastly, 1Malaysia policy, explain? This is a 2 years policy and I am frustrated that I can't answer it complete. My answer is just basic. 

That is all, my time in that room is 20 minutes, all in English. It is a very tough one. Wish me luck.
