Year 2011 - A dificult year

Hi,

I would like to share why this year 2011 is a difficult year. Actually it is hard to live prosper in this year. Why?

• The increase of tax to the basic bills - Telekom Malaysia Berhad (communication), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (electricity), SYABAS (water supply), ASTRO tax increase about 5% to 6%. Yes you may think it is only a couple of ringgit, but that few ringgit could be something to medium and low class people in Malaysia.
• The increase tax of mobile communication - Celcom, Maxis, Digi, increase their tax about 6%.
• Increase of petrol - Ron 97 now increase to 2.50 per liter, and Ron 95 increase to RM1.90 per liter thus also the diesel.
• Increase of common goods - wheat, rice, and other basic things.
• BLR increase - If you have a personal loan, ASB loan, it is also increases.
• KWSP - deduction 11% from the salary. Please check your KWSP statement. Even I am a government servant does not have a good statement. Late. 
• Medical bills - when you grow older, have a baby the medical expenses also increase. 
• Salary not increase - The government late announce or no intention to increase the salary and also the private sector, only few done it.

There were some advices from my other friends, colleague. Advise were:

• Find a new carrier
• Cut expenses
• Spend wisely
• Change the political party - haha
• Buy car and house for the next year.
• Reduce loan 
• Save your money
• Buy cheap insurance or don't buy 
• Pray to Allah because He is more richer.

I wonder how is Malaysia economy for this year. Hurmm I'm worried, please share.
