I've looked through my page view pages, many of the post quite view is on interview. so I look at the SPA page and no wonder because there are a lot of position available there.
So I would like to give extra tips for the interviewee / candidates etc.
- Prepare yourself!!
- Please and please come early like at 7pm and wait in front of the door. This is because the interviewers always in a good mood early in the morning. Hopefully they will tend to ask a good question and response nicely.
- Chat with other interviewees, maybe you can share information together.
- Enter the room, I think you are all know the drill.
- First question - The interviewers ask to please tell about yourself. Said thank you, Name, age, objective, education, higher education, activities involve, working experience. Talk with a normal tempo because in that time the interviewer is looking at your certificate. Give them time - manage your time.
- Second question - current issue like policy, news, the government efforts;or they want to talk about your experience if you had any experience.
- Third question - Personal attributes - your advantage and disadvantage
- Fourth question - opinion - inquire about your knowledge academic stuff.
- Fifth question - they ask you if you had a question to ask. Don't talk about salary, job availability.
